Be Careful of Copying and Pasting
Unfortunately, we've discovered a fairly significant issue when setting up widgets in responsive Muse. When using copy and paste (or Alt-drag-drop on a PC, Option-drag-drop on a Mac), this will sometimes affect the HTML code that Muse puts out, causing errors with widget functionality.
If you're noticing issues with a widget when you preview or publish a page, this may be the cause. It's usually best to delete the widget and associated components and re-do your widget setup. This is especially true for widgets like Headliner and Flipping Boxes, which use a lot of repeat elements.
We're huge fans of time saving tools like copying and pasting to improve workflow! So we're not asking you to stop using handy shortcuts - just keep this in mind if you run into problems. We're hopeful that this is something that the Muse team will be able to address soon.
Cheers,

Hi, I am using Pioneer template and copied and pasted the image boxes that link to full screen slideshows in order to show more of my work in the portfolio.
The slideshow is somehow grabbing the image I’m using as the button link instead of the images I’ve placed in the slideshow. Is this a copy paste related issue?
Example: veronennis.com, click “Paintings” button and any painting. The slideshow will display the button image.
Thanks for reading. Let me know if I should post this question in a different forum.
Best Regards,
Veron Ennis
