How many domains can I use each template on?
You can use the template on as many websites as you would like - there is no limit to how many websites you can publish.
Will my membership auto-renew at the end of the year?
No. We do not retain credit card information, and memberships are valid only for the period purchased. You will receive a notification via email before your membership expires, at which point you can renew for another year.
Can I get a refund on my subscription?
Unfortunately due to the nature of our products (digital goods with immediate delivery) we can only provide refunds to customers who have not downloaded any templates (in cases where a mistaken charge has been made). Download links are available immediately upon checkout, and all downloads are monitored and tracked based on the membership.
